Quick and delicious! Great for parties.
Ingredients
1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 lb ground beef
3/4 cup salsa
2 tbsp taco seasoning mix
4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
Optional toppings:
Shredded lettuce
Sour cream
Diced tomato
Sliced black olives
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles and place into ungreased 10 inch pie plate.
Press triangles over bottom and up sides to form crust.
In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef. Drain excess grease.
Stir in salsa and taco seasoning mix.
Let simmer 5 minutes.
Spoon mixture into crust-lined pie plate.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
Serve with your favorite toppings.
