Welcome to the Coates Bend Volunteer Fire and Rescue Service! Coates Bend Volunteer Fire and Rescue is the Community's first response force to all hazards and emergencies in the Coates Bend, Turkeytown, Gaston, and Owls Hollow areas. The Community, it's hazards, the Department, it's personnel, and the resources available, are each unique in comparison to all others.
The members of Coates Bend Volunteer Fire and Rescue are ordinary people of the Community who volunteer to give their time and talents to serve others. Department members are equipped with some specialized training and some specialized equipment. When these capabilities are combined and placed in action, Coates Bend Volunteer Fire and Rescue's capabilities are better prepared to help in times of crisis and emergencies than lone individuals within the community.
Thank you for your interest in Coates Bend Fire-Rescue. It would be great to have you as a part of our team and family by becoming a proud part of this organization. The nature of the rural volunteer fire service is based primarily on what the Community and the members are willing to invest into it. This joint-shareholder investment, will directly determine the organization's response capabilities and how the Community and citizens will benefit from it. With this in mind, your partnership is very important. There are many possibilities of what we can accomplish together. Best wishes and welcome to Coates Bend Volunteer Fire and Rescue!
Be Smart. Be Safe!
