I would like to thank all of those who have supported both their neighboring fire departments and fire departments around the country. The volunteers and the paid firefighters take pride in responding to any and all types of emergencies, no matter what time of day or night. These devoted, proud and faithful men and women leave their families every time the alarm sounds to help those in need, no matter how minor an emergency.

I would also like to invite anyone thinking of becomeing a volunteer firefighter to stop by the fire house and ask questions, come to the fire department drills and watch, see if it is some thing you want to do or get involved in. There are a lot of things to do on fire scenes and around the fire house, even if you don't have a lot of time to give, any amount of time is great, so stop by and ask question and join if you can.
