The Clyde, NY Department of Fire proudly protects 6,800 people living in 51 square miles (which encompasses the Village of Clyde, Town of Galen and the Hamlets of Marengo, Lock Berlin, Lock Pit, Peaceful Valley, Fergusons Corners, and Malcom).

We provide fire suppression, fire prevention, rescue and technical rescue services to our community and surrounding areas. Our annual call total ranges from 420-435 fire-rescue runs per year. We operate out of 1 central station located on Ford Street in the Village of Clyde.
