The Coffee City Volunteer Fire Department exists to protect the lives and property of the Citizens of Coffee City, Texas. We provide a 24-hour response to fire and medical emergencies and we instill the general public with the ideals of fire protection and knowledge, to prevent disasters and other danger.
Our department consists of 20 Firefighters, some certified as EMTs, one Explorer (Junior Firefighter), an Assistant Fire Chief, and a Fire Chief.
We provide fire protection and medical emergency services for the City of Coffee City, Texas, as well as Berryville, Frankston, and Moore Station, Texas through automatic mutual aid agreements.
We currently operate out of 1 fire station. We have two brush trucks, an engine, a new rescue truck coming soon, a water rescue boat, and a water rescue jet ski (we are located right on the shores of Lake Palestine).
